Goals of the Constitution:
- The constitution was made for things like protecting rights, and making the perfect government.
- The most important purpose of the constitution is the amazing ability it has to prevent tyranny, or cruel or unjust use of power.
- It created many ways to protect the U.S. citizens from the government abusing their powers or collapsing on itself.
- It uses these buckets to stop the use of tyranny in our government

Separation of Powers
-The constitution splits the power so that it won't fall into the hands of one person or group.

Federalism
-The power is shared between the federal and state levels to give people a voice.

-The amount of representation each state has is based on their population, but each state has two senators or representatives in senate.
